22.2 About Reports

The Subcontract Management system offers you a variety of reports to help you review and manage your contract information.

You can print financial reports to review the financial details of your contracts. Financial reports can display the following information:

  • Job, subcontractor, and contract status

  • Unit price

  • Contract financial history

  • Committed costs and committed transactions

You can print commitment reports to review the commitment details of your contracts. Commitment reports can display the following:

  • Committed cost information for a job

  • Commitment details and analysis for a contract

  • Commitment distribution among contracts for a job

  • American Institute of Architects (AIA) payment documentation

You can print log reports to review the log information for your contracts. Log reports can display the following:

  • Log items and text related to a contract

  • Submittal and transmittal status information

You can print integrity reports to verify that all of the tables that the system uses work together properly. Integrity reports can display open item and commitment integrity information. You use integrity reports to ensure that the information in the Account Balances table, the Subcontract Management Detail table, and the Purchase Order Detail Ledger table is the same. The Purchase Order Detail Ledger table contains commitment audit trail information. See the Work with DREAM Writer in the JD Edwards World Technical Foundation Guide for information about running a DREAM Writer program.
