Reviewing SR Type Availability

The SR Type Availability view shows the availability information for a given sleeping room type at a particular property. The availability numbers are displayed by room type and date. When the user navigates to this view, the user sees the sleeping room availability for the current date as well as for the next seven days. The user can query for different sleeping room types and date combinations to display different availability numbers.

The user can also navigate to the Property SR Type Availability view by clicking the Room Type field in any Room Block Line item record in the Quotes Room Blocks view. Using this method, the user navigates to the SR Type Availability view and sees availability information beginning with the date assigned to the Room Block Line Item record.

To review SR Type Availability

1. Navigate to the Property screen.
2. In the Properties list, query for the property record.
3. In the Property record, click the link in the Property Name field.
4. Click the SR Type Availability view tab.
5. (Optional) Enter a date and sleeping room type in the fields, and click Search.
