Accumulating Achievement Containers


After orders are imported through the Transaction Workbook, transactions can be exported to the Calculation Workbook and accumulated in the Achievement Containers Workbook.

To accumulate transactions in Achievement Containers

  1. From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Incentive Compensation Tracking > Transaction Workbook.
  2. In the Transaction Workbook record, click the select button in the period field to define a period for the transactions you want to accumulate into the Achievement Containers Workbook.
  3. Click the menu button and choose Accumulate Transactions.
  4. From the Show drop-down list, choose Achievement Containers Workbook and query for the containers that were modified.

    Containers that include the transactions for the period you requested are available in the Workbook, provided that:

    • You have already created aggregate plan rules and assigned the transaction sales team members to the plan.
    • The plan dates of the transactions are applicable to the plan participation effective dates.
