Siebel Incentive Compensation Administration Guide > Achievement Containers > Integrating Changes with the Achievement ContainerIf there are changes to a compensation plan, a plan rule, or the participants associated with a plan, the Achievement Container must incorporate these changes or the attainment information will be incorrect. You use the Retro Rollup and Accumulation process to make changes to plan rules and move transactions (existing or new) into the new containers. The Retro task reprocesses the transaction sales team members, plans, and plan rules, and rebuilds the containers. The old containers' status is changed to Obsolete, and the containers are given an obsoleted date. Whenever a plan, plan rule, or plan participant is deleted, the container becomes invalid. In the user interface, the joins are broken, so you will see some missing fields. Whenever you delete a plan, plan rule, or plan participant, you must perform the container recalculation process. This process designates the invalid records as Obsolete. To recalculate containers for plan changes
