1 Verify that the Transaction has the correct Plan Date. The Plan Date is useful in determining which hierarchy to roll up achievement to managers.
2 Verify that the Transaction Detail has the correct Plan Date, and make sure the Rule's Transaction Level is set at Transaction Detail.
3 Verify that the Transaction has the correct Sales Team and effective dates.
4 Verify that the Transaction Sales Team has the correct Territory information. Territory and Plan Date determine which hierarchy to roll up achievement to managers.
5 Verify that the Transaction has the correct field values (to match any Plan Rule Filters).
