Selecting a Plan for a Calculation Run


You can select one or more compensation plans to include in a calculation run.

To select a compensation plan for a calculation run

  1. From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Incentive Compensation Tracking > Calculation Runs.
  2. In the Calculation Runs list, select the run and drill down on the hyperlink in the Name field.
  3. Click the Calculation Run Plans view tab.
  4. In the Calculation Run Plans list, click New.
  5. In the Add Plans dialog box, select a compensation plan and click OK.

    NOTE:  When you select a compensation plan for a YTD calculation run, the plan should not use a rule that has a cumulative measure period. The performance measure of the rule automatically accumulates from the beginning of the year.

    The following table describes the fields in the Calculation Run Plans form.

    Active

    If the check box is selected, then the calculation run plan is active.

    Comments

    (Optional) Text field used to provide information about the calculation run.

    Default Currency

    Identifies the default currency (USD, JPY, and so on) for the calculation run plan.

    End

    End date for the calculation run plan.

    Plan Name

    Name of the plan. This field is a hyperlink to the Calculation Run Plans view.

    Period

    Identifies the period for the calculation run plan.

    Period Type

    Identifies the period type (for example, month) for the calculation run plan.

    Start

    Starting date (for example, 2003.01.01) for the calculation run plan.
