Implementing eMail Response in an International Environment

Siebel eMail Response supports Unicode and the ability to filter templates based on language and locale settings in a single Siebel Systems environment. If you have a Unicode database, each incoming email is converted to Unicode. When eMail Response replies to incoming email, the replies are sent with a Unicode code page.
