What You Can Do with Tips

When you have information that you think would be helpful to others in completing their jobs, you can create a tip. Tips require approval before they are available to other users.

What do you want to do:

• View tips:

• View approved tips associated with a notification.

• View all published tips—tips that have been approved by a manager (in the Published Tips folder).

• View tips you have submitted (in the My Tips folder).

• View tips (submitted by users you manage) that have not yet been approved (in the Manage Tips folder).

• Create a tip.

• Add a published tip to a notification:

• Add a tip to a manual notification.

• Add a tip to a system notification.

• Edit a tip that you or a user you manage has submitted and that has not yet been approved or rejected.

• Approve or reject a tip.
