The BEA TUXEDO Builder Rose Expert is integrated into Rational Rose. Therefore, you need to follow the object oriented design and development process for which the Rational Rose was built. This involves defining system requirements (perhaps with Use Case views and scenarios), performing an analysis (with class diagrams and sequence diagrams), defining classes in the Logical View, and specifying components in the Component View.
