To run an lsiutil command from the command line, log in as root and then follow these steps:
Change to the directory where you extracted the lsiutil zip file. For example,
# cd directoryname
Change to the subdirectory for your operating system. For example:
# cd Solaris x86
Change the permissions (read and execute access) on the lsiutil file by entering the following command:
# chmod 755 lsiutil
Enter the command with parameters. For example,
# ./lsiutil -p1 -a 0 8
