The time-series model view is shown in the figure below. It contains model query subjects based on the database tables described in the Time Tables section of the Common Database Tables chapter. Most of the model query subjects represent the components of an instant in time.
The time series data is represented by a single dimension called Time. The Time dimension contains four hierarchies, which traverse the year by month, quarter, and week, and the hour by minute.
