ATG Outreach includes a third-party HTML e-mail editor that allows users to create an HTML template for e-mail messages. While it is possible to configure the editor by making manual edits to the eljConfiguration.jsp file, doing so is not recommended or supported. Any edits you make will be overwritten by patch upgrade releases of ATG Outreach.
