Side panels are displayed in the right pane of the ATG Service Center and are designed to serve as additional navigation tools to other tabs and information available within ATG Service Center (such as ATG Knowledge).
Note: Side panels displayed will vary depending on the ATG Service applications currently in use with ATG Ticketing.
