To view or modify permissions set for a specific capability in Reporting Center:
From the Reporting Center Tools menu, click Capabilities.
In the Actions column, click the corresponding Set Properties button for the capability(for example; Report Studio). The Set properties page is displayed.
From the Set properties page, click the Permissions tab. From the Permissions tab you can specify access permission for the capability.
