The system detects when a user no longer qualifies for a Promotion Upsell. This element can be configured to watch a particular Promotion Upsell or all Promotion Upsells. To set this element to watch for a particular Promotion Upsell, you need to indicate “where closenessQualifier's repositoryID is ID” where ID is the actual ID of the Promotion Upsell.
