Note: This section applies only to Sun ONE Directory Server 5.0 users.

Sun ONE Directory Server 5.0 uses the Salted Secure Hash Algorithm (SSHA) to encrypt passwords. (Version 4.13 uses SHA encryption.) If you are using Sun ONE Directory Server 5.0, you must configure the /atg/dynamo/security/AdminAccountManager and /atg/dynamo/security/
AdminUserAuthority components to use the SSHAPasswordHasher instead of the default SHAPasswordDigestHasher.

To do this, edit the passwordHasher property of the AdminAccountManager and AdminUserAuthority as shown below:

passwordHasher=/atg/dynamo/security/SSHAPasswordHasher

Note: You must edit the AdminAccountManager.properties and AdminUserAuthority.properties files manually in the following directory:
