Once the gift list has been created, both you and the customer may add items to the gift list by accessing the product pages, selecting both an item and a gift list and then clicking Add to Gift List.

Note: With Commerce Service Center, you cannot add a product directly into the gift list from a cross sell list. You must follow the product name link to either the Product page or the Add Products pop-up to add to a list.

You can add products to a gift list from the product page only when the customer is a registered customer and they have an existing valid gift list. Once items area added to the gift list, the information appears in the customer profile’s Gift List section.
