You can cancel an existing order if the order does not have an order status of No Pending Action, Pending Remove, and Removed; if no payment group has a status of Settled; if no shipping group has a status of No Pending Action; and if no item has a status of Delivered.

To cancel an order:

  1. Display the order. Refer to Searching For and Displaying Orders.

  2. Under the Shopping Cart section, click Edit, to edit the order.

  3. Click Cancel in the global context area by clicking the red X. The Cancel Confirmation window appears, asking if you want to cancel the order.

  4. Click Yes to confirm cancellation.

    Commerce Service Center sends a message to the Fulfillment system, which cancels the order and changes the order’s status accordingly.
