After you set your ATG Content Administration deployment topology and perform site initialization, configure the components of class atg.endeca.index.EndecaIndexingOutputConfig on the ATG Content Administration server with the name of the deployment target. You typically set the targetName property of each EndecaIndexingOutputConfig component to Production:

targetName=Production

After setting the targetName properties, restart the Content Administration server so these settings take effect. When you restart, the unversionedRepositoryPath and versionedRepositoryPath properties of each EndecaIndexingOutputConfig component are automatically set, based on the deployment topology. These settings are needed in order for incremental loading to work properly.
