Using Sales and Catering

Sales and Catering is one part of an integrated OPERA Enterprise Hotel system which also includes a Property Management System (PMS) and a Quality Management System (QMS). Using one common OPERA database provides the ability to access the PMS reservation module and share guest information while managing your accounts, contacts, and running detailed reports.

Manage Clients and Accounts.

• Use Accounts and Contacts to organize your client information.
• Use Activities create and follow tasks.  

Manage Events.

Manage Group Business.

Use the Business Block to create Group Reservations. Create reservations from an Account, Contact, or a Business Block .

• Group Rooms Control
• Run Reports  

You may create reservations only if OPERA PMS is installed.

Implement specific Sales and Catering Versions.

• Multi-property Cross Selling. Sell group room blocks and catering functions across multiple properties.
• Sales Force Automation. To manage sales departments from a regional office or another remote location use Potentials, Leads.
