Using Sales and Catering

Sales and Catering is one part of an integrated OPERA Enterprise Hotel system which also includes a Property Management System (PMS) and a Quality Management System (QMS). Using one common OPERA database provides the ability to access the PMS reservation module and share guest information while managing your accounts, contacts, and running detailed reports.

Manage Clients and Accounts.

Use the Business Block to create Group Reservations. Create reservations from an Account, Contact, or a Business Block .

You may create reservations only if OPERA PMS is installed.
