After installing the Oracle Commerce software, you can use the Configuration and Installation Manager (CIM) to configure your environment. Environment configuration includes:
Specifying the Oracle Commerce products to configure
Selecting your application server
Setting up your database connections
Configuring your Oracle Commerce server instances (Publishing, Staging, and Production)
Assembling the server instances and deploying them to the application server
Creating six EAC applications that support the production and staging server instances
