The instructions in this section tell you how to remove an existing Commerce Store Accelerator installation so that you have a clean environment and can start again. In the procedure below, you are only removing Oracle Commerce Platform and Commerce Store Accelerator artifacts. Your application server, the JDK, and your environment variables remain intact and usable for your next installation. The basic process involves these steps:
Stop the
ATGProduction
,ATGPublishing
, andATGStaging
servers.(WebLogic Only) Remove the Commerce Store Accelerator artifacts through the application server console.
Use CIM to drop the Switching B, Switching A, Production Core, Staging, and Publishing schemas from your database, in that order.
(Windows Only) Remove the Oracle Commerce Platform and Oracle Commerce Store Accelerator software through the Add or Remove Programs control panel.
Delete the
<ATG11dir>
directory.Delete the
ATGProduction
,ATGPublishing
, andATGStaging
server instances.Remove the EAC applications associated with Commerce Store Accelerator.
