Tender-based promotions allow a merchandiser to offer promotions based on a specific tender or payment type. For example, promotions such as “Pay for your order with cash and get 10% off” or “Use your store credit card and get 30% off your order” identify a specific tender or payment type.
You can configure the payment types that are presented to the merchandising user when they are creating a promotion. You can also configure if a payment can be partial when configuring promotions based on payment type.
