Use Case: Viewing an Assisted Service User's Information

This use case lets a CSRAdministrator view details about another Assisted Service user, including the user's name, address, phone numbers, service provider, email address, role, and status.

Main Path for Viewing an Assisted Service User's Information

The main path occurs when a CSRAdministrator searches for an agent user, then clicks a CSR user ID on the View CSR Users page, to display the CSR User Information dialog with the agent's details.
