The program description deals with the following:
Update basic data, i.e. programming, change or clearing, is possible with this program. Data which has already been stored can also be displayed for information.
Program Assortment is used formally to program the supply assortment (assignment of an assortment no., name, link to suppliers) and items in the assortment are linked to the supply assortment. Items can only be linked after an assortment has been programmed in the system.
The following description deals with all available options for update of this basic data.
As with nearly all programs the following also applies here:
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Number of the company on whose level the assortment has been programmed and to which the item is to be/has been linked.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Number of the assortment to which the item is to be/has been linked.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Enter the consecutive position number under which the item is kept in the list.
Entry range permitted: decimal, max. 14 pos.
If a new assortment is to be programmed, enter the item no. stored in the system. Please note that only items which are linked to the supplier shown in program Assortment can be selected. Items are linked to suppliers in program Supplier item.
Changes or clear operations are completed by calling up the data record with entry of the numbers in the key fields. If the numbers are not known, the data records can be selected with Search.
The name of the item is then shown automatically.
Entry range permitted: decimal, max. 11 pos. incl. max. 3 decimal places
Count of the assortment item to be linked to the assortment.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 999
Number of the unit in which the items are supplied. This number is updated via program Quantity unit.
If the unit no. is not known, the data record can be selected with the search function.
