As with program DTAUS0.TXT first export data records of type debit are transferred from the file DebitPay.DAT on the hard disk to file DTAUS0.TXT for temporary storage. As the functioning and handling of repeat export only differs slightly from the first export, reference is made to the appropriate program description. The differences are shown below:

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Select the number of the company to which the branch is linked and which is responsible for export of the debit data records. If the number is not known, the data record can be selected with the search function.

Export of data records can be limited to one or more specific bank codes. Enter the appropriate numbers if export is to be limited,.
All data records with recording date within the range entered will be exported.

Every data record which is exported for the first time to DATUSO.TXT is dated in file DebitPay.DAT. This date remains stored. The requested date is entered in this field.

The format of the disk to be used for export of data records is defined in this field. The standard format is 1,44 MB (3,5" disk).
Switch active: A detailed protocol is
printed.
Switch deactivated: A short
protocol is printed.
The MICROS Retail OSCAR POS application allows for two report versions:
Switch active: The data records are added.
Switch deactivated: Existing data
records are overwritten.
If the DTAUS0.TXT is not cleared manually on the UNIX level, it normally always has data records. All data records which are found in the DebitPay.DAT with a transfer date will be added to the data records already found in DTAUS0.TXT. This operation allows for export in several steps.
If the switch is left deactivated, all existing data records in DTAUS0.TXT will be overwritten, independent of the number of new data records.
The entry in this field defines the number of disk dockets. The default is 1, but this can be overwritten.
The width of the left-hand margin of the disk docket is defined in this field. The default value 12 (positions) allows the docket to the filed. Normally, this value can be confirmed.
This field defines the steps in which the data records are to be displayed in field Record no.. The default is 10, i.e. every 10th data record will be displayed. The entry in this field can be overwritten.
Note:
The number of data records exported to date is shown during the export operation. This field cannot be edited. The entry in Step display defines which record is to be displayed.
