The program description deals with the following:
The data for "Article positions preset day" can be updated, i.e. created, changed or deleted, with this program. Data which has already been stored can be displayed.
The article positions linked in this table can be linked up to a date and a time to allow them to be recorded at the terminal with key <FWDn>.
Note!
The number of the table must be entered in program Application ->
Organisation -> Terminal -> Tables in field "Article preset day" to
ensure that it is possible to record articles which are dependent on date and
time via key <FWD>.
The following details all options available for update of the basic data.
The following applies to this program:
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the article position in this field. This number is called up with key <FWD> at the terminal to allow time and date-controlled articles to be recorded.
Note:
The same position no. can be assigned several
times to allow, for example, various articles to be recorded at different times
at the terminal with ^the same <FWD> key.
Example:
In the example below article 105 is sold via key <FWDn> (n = number of
position) on 16.8. as from 12:00 hrs. via position 1. On 17.08. as from 10:00
hrs, article 99 is sold and on the same day as from 17:00 hrs. article 102 is
sold via the same position (<FWDn> key).

If this pattern is to be repeated each day, the option "Date is start
date" should be activated in program "Article preset day".
Entry range permitted: DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)
Enter a date in this field to define the day on which this article can be recorded via key <FWD>.
In program Article preset day you can define with option "Date is Start Date" whether the date entered here is to apply as the start date.
Entry range permitted: HHMMSS (hour, minute, seconds)
Enter the time to define when recording of this article via the key <FWD> can start at the terminal.
Entry range permitted: decimal max. 14 digits
Enter the number of the article which is to be recorded via key <FWD> at the terminal.
If the number of the article is not known, the data record can be selected with the Search function.
Button active: This article
cannot be recorded via key <FWD> at the terminal.
Button deactivated: This article can be recorded via key <FWD> at
the terminal.
