The program description deals with the following:
The data for "Article preset day" can be updated, i.e. created, changed or deleted, with this program. Data which has already been stored can be displayed.
Article positions of this table can be linked to a date and time with button Positions to allow them to be recorded at the terminal with key <FWD> on a specified date and at a specified time.
Note!
The number of the table must be entered in program Application ->
Organisation -> Terminal -> Tables in field "Article preset day" to ensure that articles can be recorded via the key
<FWD> in accordance with the date and time set.
The following details all options available for update of the basic data.
The following applies to this program:
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the company to which the table "Article preset day" is to be linked.
If a new record is to be created, enter a free no. in the Key fields.
Changes or deletions are carried out after calling up the data record from a number entry in the key fields. If the number is not known, the data record can be selected via the function Search.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the table under which this table is to be stored in the system.
The number of the table must be entered in program Application -> Organisation -> Terminal -> Tables in field "Article preset day" to ensure that the article can be recorded at this terminal with key <FWD> in accordance with the date and time specified.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 20 pos.
Enter the name of the table in this field.
Button active: The date set
for the article concerned in window "Positions" is taken to be the
starting date.
Button deactivated: The date set for the article concerned in window
"Positions" is taken to be the day’s date.
Note:
This option defines whether the date only applies for the day concerned or from
this date until a date in the future.
