The program description deals with the following:
Update
basic data, i.e. programming, changing or clearing, is possible with this program.
Data which already exists can also be displayed for information.
After programming the formal data (no., name) of a
denominations table with Update denominations, the user can then define the
values for the selected payment type and the linked denominations table.
The following describes all available operations for
update of this basic data.
As with nearly all programs the following also applies

Entry range permitted:
numeric 1 - 9999
The company no. is transferred from program Denomination or Payment type. It cannot be updated here.
Entry range permitted:
numeric 1 - 99
The denomination no. is provided by program Denomination. It cannot be updated here.

numeric 1 - 99
Each value must be entered under a consecutive position no.. Normally, the largest value is stored under the first position no., etc.. Example: PosNo. 1 = 1.000, PosNo. 2 = 500).
Entry range permitted:
alphanumeric max. 20 pos.
Enter the name of the value. The text entered is
discretionary, but it should provide information. Enforced entry does not apply
to this field.
Entry range permitted:
decimal, max. 12 pos. incl. max. 2 decimal places
Enter the value in this field. Denominations with a
value higher than 1 can be entered without decimal places (e.g. 1000 for 1000).
The system inserts them automatically. For denominations lower than 1 the entry
sequence should be: decimal point and then the value (e.g. .50 for 0.50).
