The program description deals with the following:
The data for additional item modifier texts can be
updated, i.e. created, changed or cleared, with this program. Data which has
already been stored can also be displayed.
Note:
The following two versions are possible for link of item modifier texts which
the operator is enforced to select when recording an article.
1. A value for the number of texts is
entered in program Item via button "Sales ", field "No. of text
select.". This entry has to be selected by the
operator when an item is recorded. The number of the linked text group is
entered in field "Text group".
2. Additional text groups can be
updated with item modifiers in program Item via button "Item
modifier" to link texts to article recordings.
The following details all options available for update
of the basic data.
The following applies to this program:
Entry range permitted:
numeric 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the company to which the item
modifier texts are to be linked. If the number is not known, the data record
can be selected with the Search function.
Entry range permitted:
decimal max. 14 pos.
Enter the number of the article to which the item
modifier texts are to be linked. If the number is not known, the data record
can be selected with the Search function.
Entry range permitted:
numeric 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the position to which this article
group is to be linked. Several positions can be stored to be able to link
different text group to the articles.
Note:
When an article is recorded, all texts for the appropriate text group will be
offered in the sequence of position nos. The value entered in fields
"Min.no. of texts" and "No. of
texts" defines the minimum no. of texts the operator has to select or the
maximum number of texts which can be linked to the article.
Entry range permitted:
alphanumeric max. 20 pos.
Enter the ID for the texts of
this position. An informative name should be assigned, e.g. "Preparation
type", Kitchen information, etc.
Entry range permitted:
numeric, 1 - 65535
Select the number of the text
group to be linked to this position. Text groups are updated with program
Application -> Parameter -> Misc. Param. -> Text
group.
Please ensure that a text group of type "Item modifier" is selected
(no. 1000 to 1999).
Entry range permitted:
numeric 1 - 9
Enter a value in this field to
define the number of texts which have to be selected by the operator when an
article is recorded.
Note:
Please note that the value for the maximum number of texts the operator can
select is defined in field "No. of texts". If the value in this field
is lower than the entry in field "No. of texts" the operator can
select further texts or the selection can be interrupted with key <C>.

Enter a value in this field to
define the maximum number of texts which can be selected by the operator during
article recording.
Note:
Please note that the value for the number of texts the operator has to select
is defined in field "Min.no. of texts". If the value in this field is higher than in field "Min.no.
of texts", the operator can select further texts
or interrupt selection with key <C>.
