The program description deals with the following:
The data for print of FGL functions can be updated, i.e. created, changed or deleted, with this program. Data which has already been stored can be displayed.
Up to MICROS Retail OSCAR POS version 3.5 print on receipt or form was only realised via the FGL functions. This functionality will be retained for compatibility reasons.
Note:
Print form group 1 "Default Receipt" and 2 "Default Form"
contain examples of print forms which are intended as replacements for the
previously valid FGL functions. Not all FGL print functions are at present
included as examples in the print forms.
The following details all options available for update of the basic data.
The following applies to this program:
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the print form group for which the section type "FGL section" of a print section is to be updated.
If a new group is required, a free no. should be entered in Key fields.
Changes or deletions can be carried out after calling up the date record from entry of the number in the key fields. If the user does not know the number, the data record can be selected via Search.

If a new record is to be created, enter a free no. in the Key fields.
Changes or deletions are completed after call up of the data record from entry of the number in the key fields. If you do not know these numbers, the data record can be selected with the Search function.

Number of the print form which is linked to section type "FGL section" of a print section.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 20 pos.
Name of the print section. This is a firmly defined name and identifies the print section for a specific printable object.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999.
This field requests entry of the number of the linked print condition, depending on the section type.
The print conditions define for the section type affected what is to be printed on receipt or form under which conditions. This can be a simple condition or a complex one with various logical comparison operands.
Print conditions are updated in program Print conditions.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric, max. 32 pos.
This field is reserved for the internal name of the FGL function.
