By use of this program, you can maintain the data for a production table, i.e. create new data records, modify or delete existing data. You can view already stored data for information purposes.
In
an MICROS Retail OSCAR POS Fast Food System, the production type serves the assignment of the
production areas to the terminal (Drive-in counter).
In the production area, the items of an order are sent by one of the Drive-in Counters and displayed on the
screen. After the production item has been processed, the operator has to
confirm the related item as produced to delete it from the screen.
For the production area, a Process Unit has to be established
in the system (by use of the program ProdSrv).

Just like in almost any other program:
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999
Number of the company to which the branch in which the production table is maintained is assigned.
If you do not know the number, you can select the data record via the Search Function. Companies are maintained via the program Company.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99999
Number of the branch in which the production table is created.
If you do not know the number, you can select the data record via the Search Function. Branches are maintained via the program Branch.
Permitted input range: numeric, 0 - 999
Enter the number of the production table.
The production table has to be assigned to the terminal that has been configured as a drive-in counter for the operation of a fast food system.

Permitted input range: alphanumeric, max. 20 chars.
The name of the production table can be chosen at will. For the purpose of an easier identification, a descriptive name should be entered, though (e.g. "Drive-in Counter 1" etc.).
