By use of this program you can update the data for the stock tables, i.e. insert new records, edit and delete the existing ones. You can also display the data on the screen for enquiry only.
With this program, the stock types which are assigned to stock items are defined in a table. The stock location has to be defined for each entry in the table.
If all the items of a branch are assigned to the same stock location, only one table is necessary for the branch. If an item of a specific stock type in other profit centers or check-out counters has to be assigned to another stock location, more tables have to be defined with the respective stock location assignments.
This paragraph will provide a short overview over the options available for updating these Basic Data.
Just like in almost any other program:
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the company with which the stock table entry is to be stored. If you do not know the number, you can also select the data record via the Search Function.
