Understanding Turndown Service

Turndown appears on reservations as an optional service and is assigned to Housekeeping attendants by generating Turndown Task Sheets. To enable Turndown services, you must have the Room Management parameter Turndown set to Active.

Task Sheets

After displaying the current day's Task Sheets you can change the display to Table, Panel, or Tab view, add new task sheets, manage existing task sheets, and generate a task sheet report. The number of Task Sheets created is determined by the number of rooms needing attention divided by the number of attendants on duty during the current day.

Each Task Sheet displays the Task Sheet number, the number of rooms assigned to the Task Sheet, the total number of room credits assigned to the rooms, and the status of the rooms (clean, dirty, Out of Service, etc.).
