To integrate Guided Search with your Oracle Commerce Platform environment, you must create at least one EAC application and a corresponding MDEX. If you have data in multiple languages or multiple sites, the number of EAC applications you have depends on your approach to indexing these languages and sites. To implement a specific approach, you need to configure a routing strategy, which controls the logic for directing data for indexing and querying to specific EAC applications.
