Enabling the Composer Mode for the Selected and Opened Workspace to Edit Objects

Users with the Siebel Responsibility Composer Administrator can use the Application Edit (hammer) icon on the top-right corner of the Siebel application window to enable the Composer mode for Siebel workspaces. They can also use this same Application Edit icon to revert the Siebel application from the Composer mode to the runtime-only mode when necessary.

NOTE:  The Application Edit icon (hammer) is available only when a workspace is selected, enabled, and available for editing, and it applies only to users who have the Siebel Responsibility Composer Administrator. For more information, see Navigating to the Workspace Dashboard in the Siebel Composer Mode Application.

Figure 1 illustrates the Siebel application window after the Composer mode is enabled. The Application Edit and the Workspace icons are available at the top right corner of the window. Four main sections of Siebel Composer for Workspace are also displayed.
