You must update the Idle Cart integration so that product thumbnails can be displayed in emails sent to shoppers.
Follow these instructions to update the mapping:
Log on to Oracle Integration Cloud Service as an admin user.
Deactivate the Idle Cart integration.
Open the Idle Cart integration.
Select *process in the Source pane.
Select idleCart.definitions.idleCart in the Source pane.
The statement in the Mapping pane includes two “thumbnail” values that include the string http://localhost:8080. You should replace each of these with your store server URL and the appropriate port number.
Click Save.
Click Close.
