The returns created in Commerce Cloud are passed to the Order Management Cloud for fulfillment.

Note: All the prerequisites needed for submitting a return on Commerce Cloud are valid for the purpose of this integration.

Once a return is created by Commerce Cloud, a new end point for processing the returns is created that processes these returns and submits the Return Order to Order management Cloud. As the reason code is mandatory when the return is created on Order Management, as part of the return submission process, the disposition code of Commerce is mapped to Return with Refund.

Once the return is processed by the Order Management Cloud, the disposition code is updated with the right value that is sent by the Order Management Cloud.
