AI feature support varies by region. The following table lists the AI features available in Textura Payment Management and their regional support. Answers natural-language questions using Textura help and curriculum content. Responses to some questions are tailored to the user’s organizational role and project context, and may include direct answers or links to relevant help topics and videos.

North America

Oracle Assistant for Textura is enabled by default in new organizations.

Disabling access to this feature requires administrators to:

  • Check Support Assistant enabled for administrators only in their Organization Settings. The feature will remain accessible to Enterprise and Local Administrators.

It is not enabled by default in organizations that were created before 2026.

Access to this feature requires administrators to:

  • Uncheck Support Assistant enabled for administrators only in their Organization Settings. The feature will become accessible to all users in the organization.

Oracle Assistant for Textura

Subcontractors

Answers natural-language questions using Textura help and curriculum content. Responses to some questions are tailored to the user’s organizational role and project context, when supported, and may include direct answers or links to relevant help topics and videos.

North America

Oracle Assistant for Textura is enabled by default.

Creating a Report from a Prompt (Limited Availability)

Uses AI to convert a natural-language request into a structured Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) query. Users receive a preview the query results and can save the query as a report definition to run and use again. Users can refine the report through additional prompts before saving and running it. This feature is available to users in Owner and General Contractor organizations.

North America

Access to this feature requires administrators to submit a service request for implementation support to enable specific users.

The organization must have DaaS enabled in Organization Settings. Users must have the View all organization projects permission.
