The metadata fields you create in your procedure become available in the Content Capture Client environment through the document profiles to which you associate them. Client users, who have the required rights, choose document profiles relevant to their capturing tasks. And, they use the metadata and choice lists to standardize specific metadata field values and prevent data entry errors. On the Metadata tab, you can also configure asset synchronizations and asset lookups. When you enable lookups for a client profile on the Capture tab, client users that use this profile can leverage asset lookups to search content relevant to their business.
