When creating an Oracle Eloqua destination that will be used to create Next best recommendations, you will need to complete specific steps to set up the export of data to Eloqua.
To set up next best recommendations with Eloqua, you'll need to do the following:

Install the Oracle Unity app in Eloqua.

Create Next best recommendation fields in Eloqua.

Ensure the custom fields were added and available to view by Creating custom views.

Configure an Eloqua destination in Oracle Unity for next best recommendations.

Follow the steps for Creating Next best actions or Creating Next best offers. After saving the Next best action job or Next best offer job, field mapping will be automatically configured between Oracle Unity Next best recommendation attributes and Eloqua contact fields.

Create and run the campaign job in Eloqua by selecting the Oracle Unity Feeder in the Multi-Step Campaign canvas. You can run the campaign either on-demand or on a recurring schedule. Learn more about Creating and activating multi-step campaigns in Eloqua.
