Creating Users Using Oracle Cloud Console (IAM)

Identity Domain Administrators use the Oracle Cloud Console (IAM) to create Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud users and manage security.

If you are creating users to assign the Identity Domain Administrator role, see Creating Identity Domain Administrators and Service Administrators.

All EPM Cloud applications only show the primary email address of the user. Recovery email address of the user, if any, is not displayed in EPM Cloud. The recovery email address is displayed in Oracle Cloud Console (IAM). An email is sent to new users as they are added.
