Developing CX Apps Template Services
Template services enable marketers to access apps as widgets in the Responsys Email Campaign Designer. This provides marketers the ability to bring in content from an external system and use it in their email campaigns.
Use Cases
The template services provides developers to enable some of the following use cases for marketers:

Use an Email Designer widget to import static images from third-party systems

Import images from social media channels such as Pinterest or Instagram using an Email Designer widget

Offer open-time personalization using Responsys Personalization Language (RPL)
