Widgets
Widgets are the front-end components of CrowdTwist's platform that display loyalty program content and can be integrated anywhere on your existing website.
CrowdTwist widgets are designed to allow you to embed your loyalty experience into your existing digital properties while maintaining control of the design. CrowdTwist widgets are online only and have been responsively designed to fit a variety of widths from desktop to mobile. You simply need to host a webpage and place the CrowdTwist widget(s) on the applicable pages.
Important: The SDK should be placed above the widgets on the page. The CrowdTwist SDK must be included in the head of the page in order for the widgets to load successfully. Learn more about adding widgets to a webpage.
Available Widgets
The following widgets are available:
- Account Overview - Provides the member with current program status such as username, redeemable points, current tier, and next tier.
- Account Settings - Allows members to edit their personal information and settings. Note: This is only used if CrowdTwist hosts program registration.
- Activity History - Allows members to view all activities they have completed throughout the program.
- Activity List - Allows members to view a list of point-earning activities.
- Code Redemption - Allows members to earn points by redeeming promotional codes.
- Claim Purchase - Allows the member to enter receipt information in order to claim a past purchase
- Invite Friends - Allows members to refer friends to join the program via referral link.
- Point Sharing Group - Allows members to invite their friends and family into a household in order to share points and facilitate redemption. This feature is also available via our API.
- Points Expiration - Provides an overview of points earned and points expired (available only for first in/first out points expiration)
- Poll - Answer a question to earn points and view real time poll results.
- Purchase History - Displays member purchase history, including returns and cancellations.
- Quiz - Complete a quiz to earn points.
- Reward History - Allows members to view a chronologically-sorted list of rewards that have been redeemed by the member.
- Reward List - Allows members to view and redeem program rewards.
- Social Connect - Allows members to connect their social accounts to the rewards program.
- Survey - Answer questions relevant to the brand to earn points.
- Upload Receipt - Allows members to upload a receipt to receive points for a purchase.
Note: For activities and rewards with the same or similar ‘Display Name’, you can use the added dropdown values which will make it easier to distinguish between the content intended to be included in the corresponding widgets.
