Testing your WebEx audience service configurations

You can test your WebEx audience services (WebEx Meeting Register Feeder, WebEx Event Register Feeder, WebEx Meeting Attended Feeder, WebEx Event Attended Feeder) before running them on your campaign or program. This allows you to view the outcome of your configurations without uploading contact data.

To test your WebEx audience service configuration:

1. Add a WebEx audience service to your canvas and configure it. The following audience service are available:

   • WebEx Meeting Register Feeder
   • WebEx Event Register Feeder
   • WebEx Meeting Attended Feeder
   • WebEx Event Attended Feeder

2. Click the test icon .

3. Click Run Test.

4. The test run displays up to 5 fields that will be captured from your WebEx audience service configuration for up to 5 contacts. Click Details to view additional form fields for each contact.
