Identifying a campaign's brand
Important: This feature is only available if Multi-brand is enabled for your account.
You associate a campaign with a brand by selecting the appropriate Profile List for the campaign. When the Data Director created a list, they specified the brand to which the list applies. When you create a campaign, all lists for all brands are available for selection. Learn more about Working with multi-brand accounts
To see to which brand a campaign belongs:
- In the campaign workbook, you can see the campaign's brand in two places :
- In the General Settings section as a read-only field. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Email Campaign Designer changes, mobile Campaign Designer changes (In-app, Push, or Message Center), or SMS Campaign Designer changes.)
- In the Edit general settings dialog (General Settings >
