Enabling Integrations
Overview
The Account page enables you to configure integrations between Responsys and other systems.

Enable Connect integrations
Oracle Retail Customer Engagement (ORCE). This integration enables you to use the customer analytics data from ORCE in your Responsys marketing programs.
Before you can set up a Connect job to import ORCE data, you must perform account-level configurations.
To perform the account-level configurations:
- From the side navigation bar, select
Account .
(If you do not see the side navigation bar, click the 
icon.)
- Select Connect settings, and then choose the settings page:
- ORCE loyalty program
- ORCE customer attributes
- ORCE stratified segments
- On the resulting page, click the Change button. Select the path in the dialog.
- Click Save.
After you have completed the configuration, see Importing ORCE Data for more information about setting up Connect jobs to import Customer Attribute, Stratified Segment, and Loyalty Program data from ORCE.
Enable Adobe Analytics Integration
Enable CX Audience integration
You must complete the CX Audience Admin setups to enable integration before you perform this step here. If you are not sure if that step has been performed, please go back to the CX Audience Admin page and complete the steps.
- From the side navigation bar, select Account .
(If you do not see the side navigation bar, click the icon.).
- Select CX audience settings. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Account management changes topic.)
- On the resulting page, select the Enable Responsys and CX Audience Integration check box.
- Click Save.
Configure an Oracle DMP account
Important: Oracle BlueKai is now known as Oracle DMP. This change in name may not immediately reflect everywhere in the Oracle Responsys user interface.
- From the side navigation bar, select Account .
(If you do not see the side navigation bar, click the icon.).
- Select Integration settings, and then select DMP settings.

This opens the Oracle Blue Kai DMP sign-in page.
- Provide your Oracle DMP username and password and click Sign in.
Enable Oracle Infinity data integration
Configure an Oracle Content Management account
Important: Oracle Content and Experience Cloud or Oracle Content Management are now known as Oracle Content Management. This change in name may not immediately reflect everywhere in the Oracle Responsys user interface.
- From the side navigation bar, select Account .
(If you do not see the side navigation bar, click the icon.).
- Select Integration settings, and then select Content and Experience Cloud settings. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Account management changes topic.)

Provide your Oracle Content Management details to configure your publishing channels. For more information on configuring publishing channels for Responsys, see Oracle Content Management Integration. See also View Publishing Channel Properties for how to obtain the following details from your Oracle Content Management instance:
- CEC API Version: Select your Oracle Content Management API version.
- CEC Publish Server URL Prefix: The service URL of your Oracle Content Management instance.
- Email Channel ID: The Email Channel ID. Automatically generated upon creating the channel.
- Email Channel Token: The Email Channel Token. Automatically generated upon creating the channel.
- Mobile Channel ID: The Mobile Channel ID. Automatically generated upon creating the channel.
- Mobile Channel Token: The Mobile Channel Token. Automatically generated upon creating the channel.
- Click Save.
