List Health Dashboard
Note: This dashboard is available only to users with the Email Analytics Manager or SMS Analytics Manager roles.
The List Health dashboard trends the size of your list by day, week, and month. Currently, the dashboard is available only for the Email and SMS channels.
The dashboard does not show data for the current week. A week is defined Monday to Sunday.
To open the List Health dashboard
- Click
Insight on the side navigation bar, and select Interactive Dashboards. - On the Analytics page, select the List Analysis tab.
Charts on this dashboard
- Cumulative List Trends - Shows the cumulative values at the end of the month, week, or day. For a deeper analysis of the trend at a specific point, click the point to drill down to the metrics that contribute towards the trend. To select metrics you want to see, select the metrics from the drop down list.
- Additions and Deletions to List Size - Shows the number of recipients added to and deleted from the list at the end of the month, week, or day. For a deeper analysis of the trend at a specific point, click the point to drill down to the metrics that contribute towards the trend.
- List Health Metrics - Provides a tabular view of all list health metrics.
