Revisit Roles and Permissions

In NetSuite Next, your roles and permissions continue to work in the same way as in your existing NetSuite configuration.

Use the Manage Access to NetSuite Next page to manage NetSuite Next access for eligible roles in your account. For more information, see Managing NetSuite Next Access by Role.

Roles and permissions affect what data you have access to and what actions Ask Oracle can recommend and help you with. When reviewing roles and permissions:

• Make sure roles match current job responsibilities.

• Remove access that is no longer needed.

• Stay consistent across similar roles.

• Confirm that required approval controls are in place.
