Viewing Cohort Data

The Cohort Analysis portlet provides several visualizations of cohorts and performance between these cohorts over time. Select the visualization you want to display from the Cohort Type.

The values displayed on cohort analysis cells are in reference to the previous month

To view cohort data:

  1. Log in to NetSuite.

  2. Go to the Accessing the Retention Metrics Dashboard.

  3. In the Cohort Analysis portlet, select the cohort analysis or visualization you want to display in Cohort Type.

  4. Enter a Start Period and an End Period. By default, the Cohort Analysis portlet displays Net Revenue Retention (NRR) - Related to Previous Month.
